Search entries
When a visitor uses a search box, the entered query is passed to the independent search provider that operates that tool. The provider may process the query under its own privacy policy and terms. Crow Wing County Busted Mugshots does not operate a government records database through that search box.
Messages
Messages sent through an available contact channel may include a name, email address, and the contents of the message. Those details are used to review and respond to the inquiry, maintain communications, and protect the service from misuse.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most online services, the site and its service providers may collect technical details sent by a browser or device. Your Information Choices
A visitor may ask about personal information held in connection with a direct message, request correction of a relevant detail, or ask for deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons. Requests do not apply to data controlled by a sheriff, jail, court, MNDOC, or another linked provider.
